We aim to create a spa-like, rejuvenating experience for our guests, whether you're staying in Bend, Sisters, or the San Juan Islands.
2. Are your vacation rentals eco-friendly?
We make every effort to prioritize eco-friendliness in our vacation rentals, though complete control over every detail isn't always possible. That said, all of our properties feature a range of eco-friendly practices, from organic bedding and sustainable cleaning products to energy-efficient appliances and amenities. Our commitment to reducing our environmental impact is ongoing, and we continuously seek ways to improve our sustainability efforts across all locations.
3. Can I bring my pets?
Yes! Most of our properties are pet-friendly because we’re pet lovers ourselves and believe pets are good for the soul. Please check the individual listing for specific pet policies or contact us for more details.
4. How do I book a stay at one of your properties?
You can book directly through our website or find our listings on popular platforms such as VRBO. Direct bookings save you money on third-party booking fees.
5. Do you offer long-term rentals or retreats?
While we specialize in short-term vacation rentals, we also offer retreat planning. If you’re interested in hosting a retreat or booking a longer stay in Bend, Sisters, or the San Juan Islands, reach out to us for custom arrangements.

Even if your vacation rental is outside our current Pacific Northwest locations, we offer remote vacation rental management services. 6. Can you clean my vacation rental if you are not my property manager?
Yes! In Central Oregon, we offer eco-friendly vacation rental cleaning services even if we are not your property manager. We can only offer cleaning services for property owners in Central Oregon who are not our property management clients.
7. How much do you charge for property management?
Our rates range from 10-20%, depending on the level of service you need. We offer tailored property management solutions to ensure your vacation rental is well-maintained and profitable.
8. What if I just want a listing on your website?
To be listed on our website, properties must be cleaned or managed by TruNorthwest Retreat. If we don't currently clean or manage your property but it meets our wellness criteria, we can feature it in our VRBO section upon request, connecting you with our wellness-focused audience.

1. What consulting services do you offer for vacation rental owners?
We provide personalized mentoring sessions, covering topics like maximizing rental income, marketing strategies, navigating platforms like Airbnb and VRBO, and guest management best practices. Whether you're new to property management or an experienced owner looking to optimize, we can help.

Our mentoring sessions are $100. During the session, we provide tailored advice to help you maximize your property’s potential.

Absolutely! Our consulting services cover how to implement dynamic pricing strategies and develop marketing plans that attract the right guests for your property, whether it’s in Bend, the San Juan Islands, or beyond. This can help you optimize occupancy rates and increase revenue.
