Return Policy

To receive a refund for a purchase, items must be returned in same condition as purchased within 14 days of your order date. Any shipping costs to return the item will be the responsibility of the buyer unless there was a TruNorthwest error.

Rental cancellations can be requested up to 7 days from your trip start date for a full refund.
